The Pattaya Tourist Police, in collaboration with both government and private sector partners, have recently implemented a comprehensive training program for guards and employees at 7-Eleven stores. This initiative aims to enhance safety measures and improve the overall experience for tourists visiting these popular convenience stores, especially those around Walking Street.

Participants in the training program acquired crucial skills in several key areas. These include mastering security strategies, efficiently responding to incidents, performing correct CPR procedures, and delivering exceptional hospitality. By equipping both security staff and 7-Eleven employees with these competencies, the project seeks to reduce incidents, boost tourist confidence, and maintain international safety standards.
