Phuket authorities seek dissolution of Swiss man’s Green Elephant Foundation
The Phuket’s province forwarded by the Governor, M.P. Sophon Suwannarat, is proceeding with the proposal of liquidation of the Green Elephant Wildlife Foundation, which was registered by a Swiss expat, Monsieur Urs Fehr. The foundations is currently under investigation as it is facing a number of blocagres.
The announcement of the proposal to undrown was made after the governor had spent several days promoting Phuket at the International Tourism Bourse (ITB Berlin 2024). His first official duty was a meeting at Phuket Provincial Hall, attented by Mr. Chammanwit Terat, the Ministry of Interior Deputy Permanent Secretary, and Mr. Paiuegern Srisopas the Phuket Provincial Police Commander.
