Wang Lei, aged 45, expressed his appreciation to the local police force for their swift response in locating and returning his precious possession.

Wang Lei promptly approached the Phuket City Police shortly after midnight the following day, disclosing that he had misplaced the bracelet after parking opposite the Old Town Boutique Guesthouse Hotel on Thalang Road around 11 pm the previous night.

The bracelet, not only holding a considerable monetary value of approximately 150,000 yuan (equivalent to around 750,000 baht) but also carrying sentimental significance as a wedding gift, was dearly missed.

In a bid to recover the lost item, Wang Lei requested the authorities to review the CCTV footage from the vicinity to track the bracelet’s whereabouts. Phuket City Police officers, in collaboration with Phuket Tourist Police, accompanied Wang to the location where he believed he had lost the bracelet the following morning. By afternoon, Wang Lei returned to the Phuket City Police Station, where he was reunited with his lost gold Cartier bracelet in the presence of Phuket City Police Chief Police Colonel Prathuang Phonmana.

Expressing his gratitude, Wang Lei thanked both the police officers and the kind citizens who had assisted in locating his precious bracelet. He praised the Thai police for their quick response and shared his affection for Thailand, as reported by Phuket News.

However, it remains unclear from the reports whether Wang Lei was in Thailand as a tourist.
